    Hi guys and girls, my name is Mark Dillon as you may have guessed from the photo above. I consider myself to be a very good personal trainer and I would say my clients agree. What makes me a good PT is my passion for health, fitness and well-being. I try my best to ensure that I encorporate other areas of interest into my approach towards training; both myself and others. My 5 big interests are: The Slow Movement, Paleo Nutrition, Intermittant Fasting, Mental Health and Sports. Thanks for taking the time to read a bit about me.
