Add Comment Barefoot Running 05/16/2011
I'm a big fan of barefoot running or running in minimalist shoes like Vibram 5 Fingers. I got into it after getting shin-splints a few months after buying my very first pair of running shoes in 2006. After seeing a biomechanist and podiatrist I was told that I should get insoles to help support the arches of my feet and that they would correct the problem and no more shin-splints.

| AuthorHi guys and girls, my name is Mark Dillon as you may have guessed from the photo above. I consider myself to be a very good personal trainer and I would say my clients agree. What makes me a good PT is my passion for health, fitness and well-being. I try my best to ensure that I encorporate other areas of interest into my approach towards training; both myself and others. My 5 big interests are: The Slow Movement, Paleo Nutrition, Intermittant Fasting, Mental Health and Sports. Thanks for taking the time to read a bit about me. ArchivesOctober 2011 CategoriesAll |
