Barry Murray of ON4Sport provides some of the most cutting edge nutritional advice to serious endurance athletes. He has worked with some of Britain's best cyclists, triathletes, and a Premier League Football Club. Barry is as serious about his own training as his athletes, he definately practices what he preaches.

Robb Wolf has written one of the most interesting books on nutrition called the "Paleo Solution". As well as that his website has some of the most valuable podcasts of Paleo Nutrition and often has some very good guests on the show.

Dr. John Briffa is "a naturally-oriented medical doctor, author and speaker." He has a very insightful blog covering a wide range of topics, and a well respected book. Personally I wish all doctors approached the treatment of their patients in this manner.

Gary Taubes is the author of "Good Calories, Bad Calories" which takes an in-depth look at where our nutritional guidelines have come from and presents a pretty solid argument against them. Pretty eye-opening stuff and definately worth a read.

The Weston A. Price Foundation is "a nonprofit, tax-exempt nutrition education foundation." Simply put they have some really good information on a lot of topics and has put forth one of the best explanations of the roles different fats have in the body.
