How does my Personal Training address The World Health Organisation's definition of health?

The Physical Benefit
: Improve cardio-resipiratory fitness, muscular endurance, motor skills (agility, balance, coordination, power, reaction time and speed), flexibility and muscular strength.

The Social side: Meet like-minded people, work together to acheive your goals, and above all have  fun!

Mental well-being: Reduce stress, sleep better, boost your energy and increase your confidence.

How will we achieve all this?

Exercise
is all about performing fundamental human movements as efficiently as possible. Some trainers use terms such as 'primal' or 'functional' to describe these movements. Starting by training the deep core muscles, we will strengthen all areas of your body, using a variety of squats, lunges, bends, twists, pushes and pulls.

Nutrition: I try to keep nutrition as practical as possible. We work out how many calories  you need, what your protein, fat and carbohydrate requirements are, and help you plan breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks and special occasions.
